Reinventing events to positively influence the public swimming pool and sports equipment sector

We observed that the evolution of the public swimming pool and sports equipment sector in general partially depended on the intelligence with which key market players interact. Drawing inspiration from the parallax effect, we decided to profoundly modify the substance and format of our events to generate a tangible shift in perspective, hoping that the creation of new networking formats will lead to increased performance of projects across the national territory. The parallax effect, this phenomenon where the perception of an object changes depending on the position
of the observer, perfectly illustrates the transformation we wish to initiate. The public swimming pool sector still suffers from a perception that is too rigid, rooted in traditional paradigms. By adapting the way we organize and animate our events, we seek to provoke this necessary shift in how our sector is viewed.
Our events, whether for industry professionals or the general public, are redesigned to meet two key objectives: foster innovation and redefine the user experience. This involves bold themes, interactive conferences, and immersive formats that stimulate collective reflection. The idea is to offer a platform where stakeholders can not only exchange ideas but also inspire each other to transform their practices and share them subsequently.
This transformation is not limited to event organization. It aims to influence the very perception of the sector by stakeholders – local authorities, users, elected officials, and industrial partners. By creating a parallax effect, we establish the conditions for a shift in perspective to lead to a global repositioning. Only by changing viewpoints can we activate lasting change in how public swimming pools are designed, managed, and perceived.
Thus, each event becomes a catalyst for transformation. By rethinking the format and adopting an impact-centric approach, we aim to inspire an entire sector to embrace change. Much like the parallax effect, the shift between the old and new vision creates a dynamic of acceleration, essential for the public swimming pool sector to position itself as a key player with a concrete, sustainable societal impact.
