The 2024 Future Pool Good Practice Awards

The program for this 30^th Future Pool conference was packed with several highlights:

• the first Public Pool Forum, aimed at being proactive in making proposals for public pool-related events.
• the Good Practice Awards,
• the presentation of key market indicators
• qualified meetings between local authorities and partner companies.
• the visit to the Castalia aquatic leisure center in Maurepas (78)

Video recap of the 30^th Future Pool ConferenceTo compete for the Public Pool Good Practice Awards, the organizers received 15 very inspiring applications in various fields. Here are the winners:

• 1^st Prize awarded to Mathieu Peigné - La Calinésie Aquatic Center in Libourne (33) for his achievement: the first facility in France to transform lake water into a resource for an aquatic center.
• 2^nd Prize awarded to Julien Tardy - Piscine de la Fontaine d'Ouche in Dijon (21), for his achievement: giving a second life to pool water from buffer tanks, used to fill municipal vehicles (sweepers and washers).
• 3^rd Prize awarded to Nicolas Foll - L'Aquatis in Fougères (35), for his achievement: electricity savings and enhanced pool area aesthetics through modification of the swimming pool lighting system.
