- Free swimming lessons during holidays for students with learning difficulties attending school in Rouen.

Given the unacceptable swimming proficiency of Rouen students, we decided to implement the Nemo program. This program allows children identified jointly by lifeguards and teachers as "not meeting the expected outcomes for the end of cycles 2 and 3" to benefit from free swimming courses during all school holidays, in groups of 8 children.
At the beginning of each course, no child meets the end-of-cycle expectations. After one to two weeks of lessons (depending on the registration duration), a minimum of 75% of the children pass the tests. This success rate is consistent across all holiday periods.
Expansion of this program to the swimming pool currently undergoing renovation, as well as to the new swimming pool under construction. An increase in the number of slots is envisioned, subject to available HR resources.
Far too many children cannot swim when they enter 6th grade and do not meet the expected end-of-cycle swimming proficiency standards. The goal is to facilitate access to swimming lessons for Rouen students, especially in disadvantaged neighborhoods, which is why the lessons are free.
The discharged water is reused to clean the city, reducing waste and preserving drinking water by optimizing its usage cycle.
Interactive learning to motivate the child, acknowledge their efforts, involve parents, and progress with new engaging content.
The system saved 140,000 m³ and €900,000. The goal is total water autonomy, with optimized quality monitoring via COTmètre.
40% reduction in electricity consumption for lighting, a 1 GWh decrease, and an increase in nighttime and event attendance from 5% to 20%.
Since 2013, every rescue has been a complete success. Since 2019, no major intervention has been necessary, a sign of effective vigilance.
