- Management of Chloramine levels in the leisure pool (400 m2) - Optimization of pool water consumption

Our community is strongly committed to CSR/RSO and sustainable development: - Energy and fluid management optimization at the aquatic center since 2013, - A clear commitment to meeting the requirements of the tertiary sector decree - Our facility has a 4-star rating from the "Piscine de Demain" (Pool of Tomorrow) Label. Our goal is to achieve the fifth star by 2025.
January-June 2022: 2352 m3 consumed in the leisure pool. January-June 2023: 1626 m3. A difference of 726 m3 in 6 months, meaning over 1,400 m3/year in savings for one pool! At over €9 per m3 (heated, treated) and currently €13 with energy prices, the payback period is very fast. We are now at 42 liters/day/swimmer.
Confirmation of bathing water quality in the leisure pool even during record attendance this summer (peak of 800 people reached and 1,200 entries in a single day in July), and an annual saving of €18,000.
The summer water stress situation, the energy crisis and inflation, and the cost of treatment products significantly impact the operation of aquatic centers: water scarcity, the substantial increase in the cost per m3 of filtered, heated, and treated pool water (from €9 to €16/m3). We were experiencing significant initial leaks in the leisure pool and frequent filter backwashes during peak attendance periods, with between 800 and 1200 entries per day, in order to maintain regulatory bathing water quality conditions (-0.6 mg/L of chloramines).
The discharged water is reused to clean the city, reducing waste and preserving drinking water by optimizing its usage cycle.
Interactive learning to motivate the child, acknowledge their efforts, involve parents, and progress with new engaging content.
The system saved 140,000 m³ and €900,000. The goal is total water autonomy, with optimized quality monitoring via COTmètre.
40% reduction in electricity consumption for lighting, a 1 GWh decrease, and an increase in nighttime and event attendance from 5% to 20%.
Since 2013, every rescue has been a complete success. Since 2019, no major intervention has been necessary, a sign of effective vigilance.
